Put coop through a small leg workout this morning, just scratching the surface. I have decided to abide by the air force waist measurement but not the weight. 225 here I come., w

Workout went well yesterday, didn't have time for the burpees but its OK. The run was also cut short due to rain. Today we got CC so I'll workout on my own at 4 am give the goons the morning off. They will pay those burpees back Saturday after basketball.
So this morning 100 swings.

Day 2

Today is day 2 of training Smitty and Coop...Smitty fights on Sep 25 so its my job to get him stronger and to ensure his endurance doesn't suffer. Coop is just getting it in trying to just improve as an athlete. This is good for me as I always want to get stronger, faster, and just better overall.

430AM Chap Gym...light warmup progressing into Push Press 3x5..Rack Deads 3x5...50 Burpees..Air Force PT with 2.5 mile formation run.

That run will be my longest in Five Fingers.
